Biz Class on Etihad

Planning the trip

I was keeping an eye on fares to Bangkok - with a view to flying on Emirates - to boost the airmiles.

A fare on Etihad popped up on Asda Travel that seemed too good to be true ( for biz class anyway!)

I had a flick over to etihad airways to have a closer look at the timetabling. All looked good. A London Heathrow departure with an overnight in Abu Dhabi there and back.

I went to book it and it had disappeared ! Hmm.... I tried the back button and hey presto there it was.



A couple of clicks later and it was booked.

Over to ba.com to book a couple of cheapies from ABZ to LHR and all the travel was sorted

Time to sort out somewhere to stay. We decided to go back to the wora bura as it was just fantastic last time. Otel had the cheapest deal and gives 8% quidco cashback and 5% Otel credit on future trips.

The one nighters on route are a mixture of Premier Inns, Traders by Shangri La and Centro Rotana - again all sourced from your old pal Otel

Etihad do a limo to the airport from a 100mile radius. The Premier Inn is only a couple of miles away - but I'll be in that limo !
